Pilates Classes - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - MBL Club, 12:00 noon. Classes will start January 18. Participants will follow pilates exercises as presented by Mari Windsor on DVD. Beginners welcome! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. This class is free.
