Housing & Meals
It is imperative that all course faculty, lecturers and
staff understand that housing is only provided for the duration of your
contract with the course that you are affiliated with. Requests for
stays that extend beyond the contracted dates are the financial
responsibility of the individual and are based on availability.
Submitting your Registration
and Housing Application as soon as possible is critical to ensure
that you receive the housing you desire. The deadline for housing is March 1 annually. Applications received after that date will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. An acknowledgement of your Housing Application will be sent out within 3-4 working days of receipt of the application form and housing assignments will be made during the early weeks of March.
Individuals that request meals will have their meals encoded on their
One-Cards (ID cards). Regardless of your length of stay, if you intend
to eat meals in the Swope Cafeteria, you should request meals on the
Registration and Housing Application. Individuals will no longer be
able to sign for meals in the cafeteria. In addition, meals will not be
provided on either your arrival or departure day. These are considered
"travel days" and reimbursement for these meals can be requested on the
Travel Reimbursement form (See "Travel Information").
