Lodging and Meals
- $123.50/day Double Occupancy
- $170.00/day Single Occupancy
Three meals included per day beginning with Lunch or Dinner on arrival day and concluding with Breakfast or Lunch on departure day.
Meals required for all participants.
Vegetarian options are included with all meals.
Box lunches are available for departure day, and may be substituted for lunch.
NOTE: Check in time for housing is 2 PM. Check out time is 10 AM.
- Basic - $3.50/person/break - coffee, asst. teas, water, juice (am) or soda (pm)
- Standard - $4.80/person/break - add pastry (am) or cookies (pm). Hand fruit, please add $.75/person
Wine & Beer with Soda with dry snacks and nuts. $15.00/person
Full Bar is $22.00 per person for two hours.
For up to two hours per mixer. Ending by 11:00 pm at the latest
Available pre-dinner, for poster sessions or after dinner
Arrangements for DJs are available for 2 hour mixers
Traditional New England Lobster Boil - additional $12.50 per person
$25.00 administration fee per attendee.
Incudes MBL ID badges required for all participants
$315.00/day/room, + $100/day/breakout.
Audio-Visual and Media Services
Conference and Workshop AV Services
Base fee of $100 per day per meeting space, for the use of one (1) LCD Projector, projection screen, microphone and audio system. Many of the MBL spaces have built-in systems for easy use, equipment will be supplied to those spaces without. A technician is available to provide 15 minutes of assistance prior to the start of the meeting.
Staffed AV- Media Services
A technician can be requested to staff the AV or Media equipment for $40 per hour up to 8 hours. Additional hours are billed at $60 per hour.

Processing of Abstract books and presentation management
Additional Equipment: Laptops, Computers, TV, Projectors, DVD player, VCR, Speaker phone, Video Conferencing, Digital Video and/ or Audio Recording

$420.00 flat fee (can display up to 70 posters, portrait style, at 30" width x 60" length)
Lobby Registration tables, clothed and skirted -$5.00 each.
Vendor Tables, clothed and skirted - $25.00 each
Please note: The minimum guarantee for number of guests attending meal functions is required at least three business days prior to the arrival date. The housing cancellation deadline is 15 days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations of lodging after the deadline are subject to full charges.
