The Machine Shop is a fully equipped facility in Room 7 of the Lillie building. The shop provides engineering assistance leading to the design and manufacture, or repair, of systems, equipment, and parts. A staff with over 22 years of experience working with metals, plastics, and techniques necessary to satisfy research requirements. Schedules are established for each work request as received. To avoid scheduling problems, investigators are encouraged to order custom work well before the peak summer months.
